US-Bound Orders

Our goods are CUSMA-compliant (made from materials originating in Canada and the U.S.) and continue to enter the U.S. duty- and tax-free.
As an added measure of assurance, all U.S.-bound packages are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
Canadian Orders
Orders shipped within Canada will be billed applicable sales taxes based on provincial requirements.
Taxes for Canadian orders are calculated and shown at checkout.
Overseas-Bound Orders
Orders shipped outside of Canada and the U.S. may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes upon receipt. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential import costs prior to placing your order.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders typically take 2 business days to process and are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays.
Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday typically ship on Monday
Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday typically ship on Thursday
We’ll send an email if there are any delays beyond what’s anticipated.
All orders are fully traceable — a tracking number will be automatically sent once your shipping label has been processed.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on regular-priced items if we are notified within 7 days of delivery, and if goods are unworn, in new condition, with tags attached.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email store@danaleebrown.com with your order number.

A $15 return fee (plus original shipping cost) will be deducted from the refund
Exchanges
At this time, we’re happy to offer one free exchange per order. For any additional exchanges, we charge a $30 fee to help cover return and reshipping costs.
Store credit will be issued if the exchanged item is of lower value

Sale Pricing Policy
Sale items and discounts cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in USD, unless you select Canada as your location.
Sizing Information
Unless otherwise indicated as Women’s, all styles are based on a Men’s size chart, measured in inches:
Chest: Measured 1" below the armhole, straight across
Shoulder: Measured straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Body Length: Measured from the High Shoulder Point to the bottom front hem
Sleeve: Measured from centre-back neck, following the shoulder line to cuff
Thigh: Measured 1" below the crotch seam
Note: Due to variations in hand-knitting, dyeing, and washing processes, garments may vary by up to ½" from the listed measurements.
