Shipping & Duties
Our stock is housed in Canada, but we will ship Duty Free to the USA. Duties and customs fees may apply to overseas orders and these are determined by your country’s customs office.
Regular Rates and speeds are as follows:
Canada: $12 for Canada Post (3-7 business days)/ $25 FedEx Express (1-3 business days)
USA: $15 for USPS (6-9 business days) / $25 DHL Express (1-3 business days)
Overseas: $40 for DHL Express (3-5 business days)
Orders will dispatch within 1-2 days after the order confirmation is sent. Please note we ship Monday-Friday. Orders received on Friday will ship out Monday.
All orders are traceable and a tracking number will be automatically sent once the shipping label is processed.
Taxes
Orders from Canadian locations will be billed sales taxes based on provincial requirements. Taxes for Canadian locations can be seen upon checkout. Overseas orders may be billed tax upon receipt. As per the De Minimis Exemption in the USA, US orders below $800 are not subject to tax. Tax for US orders over $800 will be covered by Dana Lee Brown.
Returns & Exchanges
All Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Otherwise, all store items can be returned for store credit or exchange as long as the return process is initiated within 7 days of receiving the package. Product must be in re-sellable condition with all original tags in order for a return to be processed. Please note that the original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the client’s responsibility. In order to start the return process please email us at …. with your name, order number and the items you would like to return/exchange.
Sale Pricing Policy
Sale items and discounts cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in USD.
Sizing
Our "Chest" measurement starts 1" down from the bottom of the armhole, and straight across the body.
Our "Shoulder" measurement is from one shoulder-seam point straight across to the other.
Our "Length" measurement (front and back) start at the High Shoulder Point (where the shoulder and neck-seam meet) straight down to the hem.
Our "Sleeve" measurement starts on the centre-back of the neck, following the shoulder line, then straight down the sleeve to the bottom of the cuff.
Due to variations between hand-knitters, and variations from our dyeing and washing processes, garments may vary from our spec sheet up to 1/2".
